After working with Wolfgang Puck Catering for The Event Community’s official launch at Sony Pictures - Studio Events , we got a behind-the-scenes look at what makes their team so exceptional.

And spoiler alert: It’s not just the food. 🤯

From meticulously planned service operations to creative touches like colorful gummy bears in our espresso martinis, every detail was intentional.

Because the best event vendors don’t just deliver a service. They create an experience that makes everything feel effortless for the guests AND the people planning it. 🙌

🎥 Watch for 3 things every event vendor can learn from Wolfgang Puck Catering.

Wait… you can RENT an entire Halloween runway?! 🎃👀

From haunted mansion runways 🖤 to Not-So-Scary Disney magic 🧡, CW Prop Rentals understood the Halloween assignment.

Swipe to see how ONE vendor brought two completely different Halloween visions to life. ➡️

🧡The spooky side: A gothic mansion backdrop, tombstones, ghosts, and a checkered runway made for a grand entrance.

🎃 The sweet side:A giant Mickey pumpkin backdrop, colorful balloons, and all the Disney Halloween magic.

This is the kind of creativity you’ll find on The Event Community. Vendors who don’t just provide props, they help bring an entire experience to life.
