Some weddings just hit different…

Shawna & Ben’s celebration on was one of those nights 🎶

We actually met as vendors at another wedding—both there doing what we do best. After that night, Shawna told me something that stuck:
she experiences a lot of DJs… but doesn’t always get to fully enjoy the party.

So when it came time for their own celebration, she wanted to make sure she could be on the dance floor, not behind the lens. And that’s exactly what we did.

This night in Canal Fulton was all about celebrating their story—with the people who matter most.

From a laid-back cocktail hour in the courtyard to a packed dance floor inside under the string lights… the vibe was effortless, intentional, and so them.

Their music taste? Elite.
We’re talking Electric Light Orchestra, ABBA, Bee Gees, Michael Jackson, Queen… with some funk, classic rock, and just the right amount of throwback energy.

No line dances. No fluff. Just great music, great people, and a dance floor that stayed moving all night.

Shawna & Ben reminded me what it’s all about:
Do it your way. Keep it personal. And don’t forget to actually enjoy it.

This mix reflects why I love partnering with non-profits and community events. There’s something powerful about music supporting a mission. Fundraisers need energy, momentum, and connection — and that’s exactly what I aim to create.

I had the honor of supporting Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio during their 2026 “Harvest for Hunger” campaign. Their goal is to provide 3.9 million meals across Lorain, Erie, Huron, and Crawford counties. Every $1 raised provides six meals, directly serving our neighbors in need.

This set showcases the variety of genres I enjoy playing — from feel-good classics to high-energy hits — all blended to keep the room engaged and inspired. When the cause matters, the music should too.

I met when we did a venue walkthrough for Bridgett + Ricky. She was the photographer, I was the DJ.

We had such a blast at that wedding that I was honored when she asked me to DJ her wedding celebration.

Shawna + Ben eloped in May of 2025 but they still brought all the love, energy, excitement and boogie shoes to on the day of their celebration on 10.10.25

worked her magic of the celebration on film, Polaroids and Super 8.

From disco, funk, heavy metal and LGBTQ+ anthems, Shawna + Ben danced THE WHOLE NIGHT AWAY with their loved ones.
