Auction Setup & Operations Assistant — Bronstein Auction Co. | Longwood, FL
This isn't a warehouse gig. This is creative, fast-paced, people-facing work where you'll use photography, AI tools, and e-commerce platforms daily.
Bronstein Auction Co. is a growing auction house and resale operation, and we need a sharp, organized, high-energy person to help run the show. You'll photograph items, build listings using AI-assisted tools for titles and descriptions, manage our auction database, sell on resale platforms, and handle shipping. Every week is different. Every day moves fast. If you like variety and hate being bored, keep reading. This is a fun, fast paced position that gives you more than just a paycheck!
What You'll Actually Do
Photograph auction items using iPhone (lighting, angles, detail shots)
Number, display, and stage items for auction preview
Enter items into our auction database (Auction Flex 360) with accuracy and speed
Use AI tools to generate compelling titles and descriptions for listings
Post resale items to Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, and similar platforms
Pack and ship sold items to buyers (USPS, UPS, Pirate Ship)
Assist with checkout, cash-out, and buyer registration on auction days
Support general auction operations as needed
Who Actually Thrives Here
You're highly computer literate, not just "I can use Google." You pick up new software fast.
You have real iPhone photography experience (not just selfies)
You understand AI-assisted tools and aren't afraid of them. Bonus if you already use them.
You're detail-oriented and organized under pressure. Auction days don't wait.
You genuinely enjoy dealing with people, buyers, consignors, the public
You're high energy with a desire to grow, not just collect a check
Experience in auctions, resale, estate sales, or e-commerce is a huge plus
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
Must pass a background check
Drug-free (if this is an issue, don't apply)
Packing/shipping experience and familiarity with shipping software
Available for this schedule: Mon & Tue 12–8 PM | Wed 10 AM–8 PM | Thu 12–4 PM | Fri 10 AM–4 PM (approximate, some flex)
