We’re so excited to see them continue investing in their craft, learning from other professionals, and bringing back new knowledge and skills to help make ETMM even more magical for East Texas.

✨👑 A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM EAST TEXAS MAGICAL MOMENTS 👑✨

To our wonderful ETMM families, friends, and supporters,

As many of you know, East Texas Magical Moments has experienced an incredible season of growth, beautiful memories, and magical moments. From birthday celebrations to our very first Longview Royal Princess Ball, we are so grateful for the love and support our community has shown us.

As we look ahead, we want to share a little update regarding the future of ETMM.

For the time being, our owners will be stepping back from some of the day-to-day operations of East Texas Magical Moments to focus on personal matters, health, and the well-being of our families. This was not an easy decision, but we recognize the importance of taking time to rest, recharge, and prioritize what matters most.

💕 So, what does this mean for ETMM?

✨ Party Bookings Are Still Open! We are still welcoming individual party booking inquiries and look forward to continuing to bring magical memories to East Texas families. However, our availability may be more limited than usual.

✨ Limited Group Bookings: At this time, we may be unable to accommodate group appearances, large events, and certain community bookings until further notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this season.

✨ Catherine’s 2027 Availability: Beginning in 2027, Catherine will be limiting her personal party appearances to just ONE weekend per month. We encourage families hoping to book with her to reach out early, as availability will be very limited.

✨ The Magic Continues in 2027! We are excited to announce that our annual Longview Royal Princess Ball will return next year! 👑 We just shared the official date and time on our event page, so be sure to keep an eye on our page for more details and ticket sells.

We want to emphasize that this is not goodbye to the magic. It is simply a season of adjustment as we find a healthier, more sustainable rhythm for ourselves and our business.

Thank you for continuing to support East Texas Magical Moments, for trusting us with your celebrations, and for allowing us to be part of your families’ most treasured memories. Your kindness, patience, and understanding mean more to us than you know.

Our first Royal Princess Ball would not have been possible without the incredible volunteers and Princess Assistants who stepped in behind the scenes to help make the day so magical. 💕👑

To our Fairy Godmothers in Training, thank you for being the extra helping hands, the calm in the chaos, the friendly faces, and the little pieces of magic that helped everything run smoothly. From helping our princesses and guests, assisting with photos and activities, keeping things organized, and making sure every little detail was taken care of, you were an essential part of our royal team! ✨

And to every volunteer who gave their time, energy, and heart to make Saturday special: THANK YOU. We truly could not have done this without you. Your willingness to serve allowed our princesses to focus on what they do best—creating magical memories and meaningful connections with every child who walked through those doors. 💗

✨👑 THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR FIRST ROYAL PRINCESS BALL MAGICAL! 👑✨

Yesterday was a day we will never forget. 💕 Our very first Longview, TX Royal Princess Ball was filled with beautiful gowns, sparkling smiles, sweet wishes, dancing, laughter, and so many magical moments. We could not have made it happen without the incredible community that came together to support us.

To our amazing vendors, sponsors, and volunteers, thank you for believing in this event and helping us create something truly special. Every contribution, big or small, played a part in making the magic possible, and we are so grateful for each of you.

And to every family who attended—THANK YOU. Thank you for choosing to spend such a special day with us, for dressing up, dancing, making wishes, taking pictures, and allowing East Texas Magical Moments to be part of your memories. Seeing the wonder and excitement on your children’s faces made every bit of work behind the scenes worth it. It means more to us than you know. 💗

This event started as an idea, but you all turned it into a memory. ✨

As you prepare for your royal arrival, there is no need to bring a physical or digital ticket. The names of our honored guests have already been added to the Royal Guest List and will be awaiting your arrival. 👑📜✨

When you arrive, simply provide the name your reservation was made under. Our team will find your name among our royal guests and welcome you into the ballroom, where your magical adventure begins! ✨

Get those royal outfits ready, charge those phones for ALL the pictures, and prepare for a day filled with princesses, dancing, crafts, keepsakes, wishes and plenty of magic! 👑🏰💜
