Aaron + Jordan Wedding Sneaks 💍 🩵

Tucked away at the cutest venue near Houston, these two said “I do” under the most beautiful trees. This day was a long time coming! Jordan booked me almost two years before her wedding day because she really wanted to make sure I was her photographer, and that honestly means so much to me. 🥹

It was truly such a special day, and I feel so honored to have been the one to capture it! I cannot wait to finish their full wedding gallery and share more with you. As with most of my weddings, I will also be sharing their full gallery on my website under my blog. 🥰

Updating my booking system on this rainy day and I looked over and WOW! I didn’t even realize I had captured 111 weddings! 😭🤍

111 couples have trusted me to document such a special and meaningful day in their lives, and I just feel so incredibly grateful and honored. To be welcomed into these intimate moments, to witness so much love, and to preserve memories that will be cherished for years to come is something I will never take for granted. 🙏

As I’m getting ready for tomorrow’s wedding, I’m just basking in gratitude for all of the beautiful souls who have trusted me to capture their love, their stories, and special memories.

I say this all the time, I knowww, but I really, truly love what I do. 🥹

Lets run through the rose garden together like the main characters in our own movie and let me tell you my process when capturing an engagement session: 👇

1. I send my couple a questionnaire that helps me learn more about them and their love story

2. We schedule a phone call and we plan out the details like the location, outfits, the vibe, and the energy they want to portray in the session.

3. I sit down with everything they have told me and I plan out how Im going to capture their own movie with their unique love, interests, and their personalities.

No engagement session is ever the same, and that is exactly why I love working with all kinds of couples! I want your session to feel like you, which is why I encourage you to choose a location that holds meaning to your relationship. I even ask questions like, “What is an insecurity you have?” “How do you want to feel when you look back at these images 20 years from now?” and "What are some of your favorite songs?"

Each session feels sacred to me. I take the time to create and guide my couples in a way that feels true to them and their love.

There are so many hours of thought, care, planning, and intentionality that go into each session that you may never see behind the scenes, and honestly, that is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Because the best feeling is when a couple tells me, “You captured US.” 🥹

Their love. Their energy. The little things that make them who they are. Even the way I pose and guide you is intentional, so that it feels natural, authentic, and true to your relationship. 🫶

I have always known that whatever I did in life had to have emotion and soul behind it. I am just so grateful that my career allows me to create from that place every single day, and that my work is rooted in something as beautiful as love. ❤️

This year, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some really incredible brands and take my branding photography to the next level. 💪✨

I’m so grateful that my craft has opened so many different doors for me and connected me with truly amazing people and brands in ways I never could have imagined. 🥰
