I’m stepping into a space that requires a TEAM, and with that growth comes a little restructuring. 🤍

Moving forward, I will no longer be offering event decorating services. I’m officially shifting my focus and dedicating Royal Court Event Planning to EVENT COORDINATION. 💫

This next season is about staying in my lane, building relationships with amazing vendors, and continuing to grow a trusted network of professionals that I can confidently recommend to my clients.

So while I may not personally decorate your event anymore, I CAN help connect you with talented decorators and vendors…and then step in to coordinate it all so your day runs as smoothly as possible. 🙌🏾

Planning a wedding is exciting… but when the big day arrives, you deserve to be a bride, not the person answering vendor questions, managing timelines, or solving last-minute surprises.

With 7 years of event planning experience, I bring more than a clipboard and a timeline…I bring confidence, organization, and solutions.

I don’t just coordinate events… I solve problems.

As a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified Day-of Coordinator, I’m trained to think critically, identify issues quickly, and implement efficient solutions under pressure. When timelines shift, vendors run behind, or unexpected challenges arise, I’m already working on Plan B before anyone else realizes there’s a problem.

I’m also knowledgeable in standard venue requirements, vendor coordination, timeline management, ceremony logistics, reception flow, and creating a seamless experience from start to finish.

So ironic… my wedding day photos popped up in my memories today. 🤍

On my wedding day, I had the absolute BEST coordinators. Looking back, I realize how much of a difference they made. The ceremony was the most important part of the day for me because that was the moment I said “I do” to the man of my dreams and I didn’t want chaos anywhere near that moment.

I didn’t realize it then, but that experience showed me the true value of a Day-of Coordinator. Someone who protects the timeline, manages the details, and allows the couple and their loved ones to be fully present in the moment.

That experience is a big part of why I do what I do today. I understand the emotions behind the planning, the importance of the little details, and the peace that comes from knowing someone has your back.
