Surrounded by the Flower Farm and 50 acres of lush pine trees, the Commercial Kitchen preparation space sits at the heart of Honey Hill. Spanning 2,000 square feet with over 40 windows and a soaring 25-foot ceiling, it’s a beautiful setting!

Welcome to Honey Hill 💐

Honey Hill is a 2,000 sq ft space located on 50 beautiful acres in Gilmer, TX. The property includes 4 main spaces: The Commercial Kitchen, The Flower Farm, The Cocktail Garden, and The Ceremony Garden. In addition to other more traditional amenities, The Cottage houses a fully-equipped commercial kitchen perfect for catering and event food prep. The Commercial Kitchen is also available to be reserved by local food producers looking to move beyond their home kitchen.

While it may just look like a construction site now, we have big plans for this place!
