Having just returned from visiting Egypt, I've brought back fresh spices from the night markets. Fabulous fragrant fennel, oregano, cumin seed, mint glorious mint, Persian red saffron and Egyptian yellow saffron. Mmmmmmmm

Bunny Pancake with The Three Bunnies

RECIPE

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp of turbinado sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup of water
- 1 Tbsp of coconut oil

Directions:
1. Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl, all dry ingredients in another bowl and stir well.
2. Combine wet to dry ingredients and stir well.
3. In a pan on medium heat with a little oil add a scoop of the batter to pan. Once bubbles form flip and cook until golden.
4. Repeat process until all batter is used up. Serve with fruit, maple syrup, or any other toppings that you desire and enjoy 💕
