Our first catering event of 2026 was the opportunity to provide a hearty meal of smoked brisket and barbecued chicken wings to a great great group of friends after a wedding ceremony.

The weather? Picture perfect for Minnesota in mid-January! Our Hunsaker drums were fueled by Smokey Woods’ Champions Char lump charcoal, and they performed flawlessly….

Both of our meat offerings were highlighted by a generous coat of Man Meat Homestyle, and it made them absolutely sing!
