This is a big one! This weekend officially marks one year of Surf Hog BBQ 😎
This time last year we started our journey by serving food out of a tent at markets. I remember our very first market—absolutely wild and disorganized, but the most fun I’ve ever had at work. Some things have changed since then—our banner moved from hanging in front of a folding table to above the front door of our first brick and mortar….and my hat is a whole hell of a lot dirtier now too 😆 but what hasn’t changed is the love that we put into our food and the love for everyone who decided that our little joint is where they want to eat.
We couldn’t and wouldn’t do this without you folks. It takes some courage and a few loose screws to jump into this sort of thing, so thanks again for believing in this crazy dream and supporting each step we’ve made so far!
