Just wrapped up another great week at WRECK Island Park, and the support has been incredible.

Featured here is our 75/25 brisket and chuck double backyard burger, stacked high, topped with crisp pickled chips and finished with our signature Red Line Sauce. Simple. Messy. Delicious.

Week after week, we're proving that great barbecue isn't just about the smoker. It's about good food, good people, and creating a place where everyone wants to hang out.

What a way to kick things off.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out, grabbed some bbq, supported us, and spent the night with us. The response was incredible, and from all the feedback, it sounds like the food was a hit.

Special thanks to the whole crew. My father in law Jeff, Armani, Andre and Brian put in the work and helped make it all happen. Nobody does this alone, and I'm grateful to have a team that shows up and gets after it.

Good news... we're just getting started.

We'll be back at The Wreck this Saturday night serving up all your favorites, and next Wednesday we'll be hosting a New York Knicks Game 1 Viewing Party. Great food, great people, and hopefully a Knicks win.

We're not going anywhere. This is just the beginning.
