Meet Kaleigh! One of the faces of Balloon & Bloom Event Co. and Chief Charcuterie Officer!

In her own words:
"My love for food started long before Balloon & Bloom. I began training in a commercial kitchen while attending Ocean Springs High School Vo-Tech in 2004, with plans to continue on to culinary school after graduation. Hurricane Katrina changed those plans during my senior year and ultimately sent my life in a different direction, but it never changed my love for food preparation.

Through every season since, feeding people has remained one of the ways I show love. I believe food deserves to be thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and most importantly shared. That lifelong passion for gathering people around good food is what eventually brought me back to the kitchen and became the heart behind Balloon & Bloom’s catering services. Plans change. The passion doesn’t."
