PaPa Smoke’s BBQ We make several flavors of bacon, prepared brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork and sausage. At this time we do not have a sit down eating area.

We smoke our meats then vacuum seal and freeze them for use anytime, simply thaw out the portions you want to prepare and submerge them into a hot water bath of about 160° and once hot it will smell and taste like it’s fresh off the smoker.
