We take pride in "Made Fresh Daily" . We use many organic veggies, have a local grower who supplies us with fresh produce all summer. Our food is all cooked with spring water.

Hi there. We will be serving up some Tasty Tex Mex tonight at the East Derry Memorial School today, from 6-8 PM. This is a family event with plenty of things to do with the kiddos. Hope to see you soon. 🐝🌮🌶❤️

We are at the annual Food Truck alley located behind Londonderry high school tonight. We will be offering our tasty Tex-Mex from 6 PM until we sell out. Sometime around 9 PM they will put on the annual firework display. There are plenty of choices and this should be a great family event. We hope to see you soon. 🐝🌮🌶️

🌮🔥 Yesterday’s Birria Taco launch was a huge hit! 🔥🌮

Thank you to everyone who came out and gave them a try. The feedback was AMAZING.

Our Birria Tacos are made with slow-cooked Angus chuck roast that’s cooked until perfectly tender, then loaded into crispy grilled tortillas with melted Monterey Jack cheese, fresh cilantro, and onions. Every order is served with a side of rich consommé for dipping, taking the flavor to the next level.
