Venue Thirty Eight

What started as one vision is becoming something bigger.

New name. New energy. Same love for live music.

Everyone has a “why.” ❤️

These little handprints of Reagan were etched into the concrete when we built the foundation of our venue. Years later, they’re still my reminder of why I do what I do. 🤍

What a First Market 38!

Wow… what a day! Our first-ever Market 38 was everything we hoped it would be!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came early, stayed late, shopped until several of our vendors sold out, and sipped on some delicious w**e with us. Your support truly means more than you know.

We simply can’t hold events like this without people like you. Your support of local businesses, our vendors, and Venue Thirty Eight is what makes days like this possible. ❤️

To all of the vendors who took a chance on us and joined us for our very first Market 38—THANK YOU! We hope you had an amazing day, and we can’t wait to see you again next October!

And Jill… you deserve a huge shoutout! From the planning to the many, many emails back and forth with our vendors, you helped make this all come together. You did great! 👏

And finally, to our three little celebrities… Minnie, Winnie & Vinnie. We know you absolutely loved all the cuddles, attention, and treats the kids gave you today. 😂

Market 38 — we’re just getting started. We’ll see you next October 2, 2027!

With Gratitude,
Cory
