Finding an exceptional caterer in So. Cal seems like it would be simple especially since we have such fabulous restaurants and cuisine. After 20+ years in both the catering and Wedding spaces, I never thought I could be as blown away as I was this past Saturday. We have found incredible caterers in the past 12 months and I wanted to take a moment to shine a spotlight on
Beginning with Cindy our journey to July 12th was perfection. Excellent communication, a tasting that knocked our clients' socks off, continued phenomenal communication, and then 12 out of 10 in ex*****on. Ryan, Ash, the onsite chefs, and the entire service team were like a Tony Award-winning Broadway show.
The cuisine is outstanding but the service is top notch. I am still finding the words to describe how fantastic our entire vendor team was, but Fundamental was absolutely spectacular.
