Growing up in a household of six family members, I started cooking at the age of nine years old. Determined to be an outstanding cook like my mother, I became eager to learn all of her recipes and secret ingredients. Having her approval and trust in the kitchen made me feel like I could dupli

cate each and every dish she made. Growing into an adult I began to cook for all sorts of parties and family get-togethers. It is a deep feeling to see someone lick their plate and ask for more. I realized my hands were gifted in preparing dishes that I enjoyed sharing with others. Our main goal is to live up to our company name. With a name like “Slap it in Ya Mouth,” we are aiming for your taste buds with stunning results. Fresh, mouth-watering “slap-o-licious”dishes are what we ensure, offering a variety of soul/comfort foods and desserts. Catering service is delicate, not about food only.
