Can you believe January will mark 5 years that Space In Logan has been hosting events? In that time we've had over 500 birthdays, showers, business meetings, pop-up shops, youth events, workout sessions, and more.

We are excited to continue offering the Space for your next event and if you are planning a non-profit (youth groups, service orgs, etc) or LoMa school-related activity, we'll let you use the Space for free if we can accommodate (about 20% of our usage is donated to the community).

Now comes the awkward part. Our first rate increase will take effect Jan 1, 2026 and rental will be $24/hr instead of $20/hr. We've done our best to hold out but now we need to catch up a bit.

HOWEVER for any reservations secured before Jan 1 (regardless of actual event date) we will honor the current rate, and all-day rental remains $150. As always, payment is not due until the day of your event, and we do not charge cancellation fees.

It's grand opening day for Mahoney Goods at 313 E 7th Street in Logan. We've already picked up some things (including this weird white BBQ sauce) and entered to win some cool prizes. Go check them out...they have snacks.

Thanks to a generous corporate sponsor, we are hosting a FREE Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED class for Logan, IA area youth on March 16th, 2024.

This class is directed toward middle and high school age students and will certify participants age 12 and up. Caring for younger children will be a special focus of the class. Loess Hills Environmental is the licensed American Red Cross training provider.

Class will run 1000am - 330pm with lunch break and food/snacks provided. Please contact us for registration information via FB or email [email protected]

Ok, so it's October and the Christmas tree isn't up yet but it's time to start thinking about booking your company/family/organization holiday parties.

We have 900sq ft, a kitchenette, free wifi, HDTV, chairs, tables, and decorations. And after Thanksgiving...the 12ft Christmas tree.

Wow! What a great turnout for our ribbon cutting and open house! Thank you to each and every one of you for stopping by and spending the afternoon with us. Special thanks to the Missouri Valley Chamber of Commerce and Logan Chamber of Commerce for our “first dollars” - we appreciate you! Well it's not a Space In Logan event, but you should definitely check out the Harrison County Public Health fair at the fairgrounds 4-H building. Still open until 2pm today and there are amazing raffle prizes for families and kids!
