🔥 I found this workout on TikTok… Episode 1 🎬 ( 🤝)

Tried it out and it definitely hit 🔥 here’s the breakdown:

1️⃣ 10 forward lunges each leg (50lb kettlebell)
2️⃣ 15 jumping jacks w/ dumbbells
3️⃣ 10 clean presses each arm (35lb kettlebell)
4️⃣ 15 jumping jacks
5️⃣ 10 push-ups + ISO mountain climbers
6️⃣ 10 burpees

💪 Finisher: 15 kettlebell side bends (abs on fire)
🧖‍♂️ Recovery: 20 min sauna session

Simple. Effective. No excuses.

Soul In The Sun was a whole vibe this weekend ☀️🎶 I had the pleasure of DJing 3 live one-hour sets featuring 70s R&B, 80s R&B, and early 90s R&B. These are just a few clips from the experience.

The 70s mix featured legends like Curtis Mayfield, Earth, Wind & Fire, and The Jackson 5. The 80s mix brought vibes from Chaka Khan, Anita Baker, and The S.O.S. Band. The 90s mix included classics from Mary J. Blige, Tony! Toni! Toné!, and Mint Condition.

Each mix will be uploaded to YouTube soon, and I’d love for y’all to listen from start to finish to really hear the creativity, the transitions, and the journey of each set. I had a lot of fun putting these together, and I hope you all enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them.
