Cauli Buffi Tacos! This just really proves you can’t screw up a taco. At first I heard the kids groan, “what’s this?”, “ugh, no meat!?!?” After tasting them, they were gobbled up. #

So fresh, so clean, so spicy. The rest of the fam had with basmati rice, mine is just on my plate. Wish I had lettuce to make with this mix. So damn good, I’d eat it out of my hands. 🤦🏻‍♀️
