West 12 Ranch Event Rentals started as West 12 Hoopla! - a creative outlet for local artist Barbara Butterworth. She created one-of-a kind cake stands and dessert bars from repuroposed vintage glass and ceramics. As her search for glass brought her into contact with more and more antique shops, she started realizing a need for beautiful antique and vintage rental furniture as well for her brides a

nd other event planners. They loved the cake stands, but also wanted the tables and sofas to match. Each piece is chosen to be a unique and lovely addition to your event ambiance. Available individually or in sets. We also offer portable working chandeliers - hanging, floor stand, and table top stands available. Did you know that we rent furniture that you can take offsite ? Take for instance, this "Cinderella Table " which is 45 " wide and 68" long. It also has three 12-inch wide leaves to extend the table length.  How beautiful would this be for a backyard party, in a vineyard, just about anywhere? We also have up to 60 mismatched wooden chairs.  We allow you to pick up and return.
