We had a great Locust Grove Area Chamber of Commerce meeting last night at Venue On Main, with plenty to talk about and even more to look forward to in the coming months.

And… a few new event ideas made their way into the conversation, too. 👀 We’re keeping those under wraps until the details are nailed down—but there are some exciting things being discussed for Locust Grove!

These meetings are about more than dates on a calendar. They’re an opportunity for local businesses, organizations, and community members to come together, share ideas, collaborate, and help make things happen in our town.

What an incredible evening!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the very first Visionaries' Guild: After Hours. Seeing local business owners gathered in one room, getting to know one another beyond a handshake, sharing ideas, talking business, collaborating, and simply enjoying each other's company was exactly what I envisioned.

Small towns grow stronger when local businesses know, support, and champion one another. I truly believe we took a step in that direction, and I think everyone walked away with a new connection, a fresh idea, or a renewed excitement for what's possible when we work together.

This Thursday, Venue On Main will host the first of many Visionaries' Guild: After Hours—an evening bringing together local business owners, entrepreneurs, dreamers, and doers who believe our community is capable of something even greater.

Visionaries' Guild: After Hours isn't another networking event where you collect business cards and head home.

It's about building relationships. Sharing ideas. Finding collaborators. Supporting one another. And creating the kind of momentum that changes a town.

Every thriving community has one thing in common: business owners who choose to work with each other instead of simply beside each other.

We're excited to kick off what we hope becomes a long-standing tradition for our business community.
