Mr. and Mrs. Millet, ladies and gentlemen!

Its always the biggest compliment when friends my past couples chose me be part of their wedding. It’s even better when I infiltrate a whole friend group so I can visit with alllll my couples at each of their weddings 😂

A huggggee shoutout to for “being me” at Stephen and Hailey’s wedding so I could attend my grandfather’s funeral. She absolutely nailed it and gave me the most beautiful photos to edit and deliver to the happy couple. I’m so thankful! But I did have big FOMO of visiting with my past couples at their reception. Perhaps a new friends needs to give me a new chance to visit in 2026👀

It’s wedding day for Ellie and Fermin!! And, unlike their engagement session when we were a tad too warm and enjoying the sun, today we’ll be chasing warmth and racing a winter storm❄️ but, that is all part of the fun of January weddings!

Keep them in your prayers today as they become husband and wife!! It’s going to be a beautiful day!

For three years now, we’ve had our family photos done in the fall and it’s so sweet to see the changes that happen between those twelve months:

In the fall of 2024, Peter had yet to start law school. This week, he is starting his third semester and is now a 2L— he’s even mentoring the students who are starting their first semester right now. How does the time go so quickly?

He also grew a beard and I’m here for it 🤩🤩

Olivia now talks, runs, has a head of hair (albeit not a lot lol), and has grown a hundred fold in spunkiness. Things they don’t teach you in Parenthood 101: how to keep a straight face when your kid disobeys in the most hilarious ways.

And me? I’ve kept with my mom’s book club, learned to bake bread, have tried my hand at a few new recipes for dinner (you’re welcome, ), shot my first out of state wedding, and met dozens of new amazing young couples and families!

A life and family I’m so grateful for 🤍

NEW NAME — same me 💁🏻‍♀️ MissChelle Photography ➡️➡️ Michelle Buscemi Photography (MBP)

It’s about time I made things WAY clearer, simpler, and overall just better. I originally created my photography name while still a teenager and thought it was such a fun play on my name. But over the years I’ve discovered it was hard to read, say, and spell. Not a great recipe for a business 😂

So say hello to my *actual* name! I am SO excited for 2025 and all of my brides, couples, and families who are trusting me with their days and memories. If you’re a past or current client, be sure to tell your friends of the update!

While I have you, here are a few things I LOVE about my life:

1. I have the best lil family ever. My husband, Peter, is currently in law school, and I get to stay home with my daughter, Olivia, and work on MBP.

2. I live close to both my family and my in-laws and there are more than enough of us to have our own sports team (or two or three) if we ever wanted.

3. I joined a mom’s book club for the first time this year and I love it. Forces me to actually read and I get to discuss with women much wiser and smarter than myself. Totally recommend!
