The opening of Fridays in the Park for the 2026 season was so much fun. True Vinyl had people up and dancing. Joey's hot dogs and Nik & Ivy had people enjoying hot dogs and enjoying a cold beer. The weather was perfect and a good time was had by all. Because of the 4th of July holiday next month, the July concert will be held on July 10th with The Noize and Lil Deb food truck. Join us and don't forget your donations for One Family Illinois, the foster care facility in Lockport. The kids need school supplies for school! Be there or be square!

What can I say......Velvet Rose Band was terrific. Great music, musicians and performance. People loved Lil Deb Mobile Eats and enjoyed libations from Nik & Ivy Brewing. Faces were painted and balloons were created. We had dancers and the light up hula hoop lady showed off her skills. The weather was perfect and even when the performance was over, people stayed on the landing to enjoy the night. Thank you everyone and don't forget, our last show is Friday, September 5th with The Simple Remedy. Donations are for Guardian Angel in Joliet and homeless vets.
