Chef Claire is back in the kitchen all weekend with a brunch menu full of seasonal favorites, fresh ingredients, and a special dish inspired by Lockhart’s LIT(erary) Fest!
🌿 The Secret Garden Tartine — Created in celebration of Saturday’s LIT Fest, this Swoonworthy Sourdough is layered with whipped lemon feta, grilled green onion, zucchini & baby sweet peppers, shaved radish, parsley walnut pesto, and fresh microgreens. Inspired by the beloved literary classic The Secret Garden, it’ll be available Saturday AND Sunday!
🥞 Pumpkin Pancakes — Maple syrup, cinnamon whipped cream & pepitas. Fall on a plate!
🍳 Egg Sandwich — Fluffy scrambled pasture-raised eggs, arugula, queso fresco & prosecco vinaigrette on sourdough.
🌮 Cauliflower Tostada — Refried beans, charred cauliflower, over-easy egg, shredded purple cabbage, salsa verde, ancho chili oil & roasted pepitas.
Round it all out with fresh cold-pressed juices, mimosas, and your favorite coffee. ☕️

Don't let the name scare you! Native to Texas, this little desert survivor gets its name from its tough, sharp spines and low-growing habit, which made it a hazard for unsuspecting livestock.

With its beautiful blue-green body, dramatic reddish spines, and gorgeous pink blooms in spring and summer, it's a true Texas original.

Saturday + Sunday, October 3rd & 4th, starting at 9am ‘til sold out.

This weekend’s menu is leaning fully into fall with pumpkin pancakes topped with cinnamon whipped cream + pepitas, plus the return of the potato latke kugel, our loaded egg sandwich, eggplant parm hoagie, and eggs + bitter greens.

Add a cold-pressed juice or mimosa and settle in for a slow weekend morning on the Square.
