Planting Snapdragons for early spring blooms. I don’t usually plant my spring flowers in the upper garden but with two May weddings (and potentially a 3rd) I’m running out of space down in the bottom 🤗

Well… the flower truck is going on a little adventure. 🍂🌸

Rural Route 1 Popcorn asked if they could borrow her for their fall display, and at first I thought… wait, you want my truck?! 😂

But with the gardens winding down for the season, it actually feels like the perfect way to send her off for a little fall vacation.

She’ll be sitting along Hwy 18 for a short time, all dressed up for fall, hopefully introducing Fern Bluff Flower Farm to lots of people who may not know we’re here yet.

So, consider this her fall assignment: go make some new friends and tell everyone that the flowers will be back on Rock Church Rd in the spring. 🌷

Oh and hey… if you feel so inclined, take a fun pic and share it with us!

What a beautiful evening to be a small part of! 🌸

I was honored to be asked to provide flowers for the tables at the Platteville Regional Chamber’s Farm to Table event.

There’s something extra special about seeing locally grown flowers alongside locally grown food — all coming together to celebrate our community.

And I wasn’t the only flower farmer helping make the tables beautiful! Flowers were also provided by Yelink Family Farm and Rech Family Gardens. 🌸

One of my favorite things about being part of the local flower farming community is that it really is a community. We each grow our own flowers and run our own businesses, but we also get to work alongside and support one another.

It was so fun to see our flowers on the tables and to be a little part of such a special evening. 💕

The flower truck will be closed this week while I work on a few special orders and prepare for an event this weekend.

But that doesn’t mean you have to go without flowers! 💐 If you need a bouquet, just send me a message. I’d be more than happy to make something beautiful up for you.

🌸 A little Flower Truck update! 🌸

I’m out of town today, and with rain in the forecast ALL day, the flower truck will be closed today. ☔️

But we’ll be back open Saturday — and just for funsies, let’s try something NEW! 😍

I am absolutely SWIMMING in dahlias right now, so Saturday we’re going to do DAHLIAS BY THE STEM! 🌸🌸🌸

Come pick out your favorites and build your own little bundle — one stem, five stems, ten stems… whatever makes you happy. 💕

🌸 Quick Flower Truck Update 🌸

The flower truck will not be open tonight. I’m sorry for the change in plans and appreciate your understanding!

I’ll be back with fresh blooms this weekend. Thank you, as always, for supporting Fern Bluff Flower Farm! 🤍

What a weekend! 🌿🌸

I had the chance to visit Abundant Blooms in Dorr, Michigan, and spent the weekend learning all about SHRUBS—growing them, harvesting them, and all the beautiful ways they can be used in bouquets and arrangements.

But I think my favorite part was spending time with other flower farmers from all over the country. There’s something pretty special about getting a group of flower farmers together—sharing ideas, talking about what works (and what definitely doesn’t 😂), and learning from each other.

I came home with a full notebook, lots of inspiration…and, of course, a growing list of shrubs I now NEED to plant at Fern Bluff. 😂🌿

Because apparently I needed more things to grow! 😉
