Employee Appreciation Post

Today, I want to give a huge shoutout to Karson and Jude for their quick response and incredible teamwork.

At 12:45 PM, I received a last-minute call from a customer needing a waterslide rental—located 30 minutes away. I sent out a group text, and within minutes, Karson and Jude were en route to meet me for the delivery.

Thanks to their urgency and reliability, we had the waterslide delivered and set up at the customer’s house in just 1 hour and 5 minutes from the time the call came in. That’s what I call service!
