Everyone thinks wedding coordination is about creating beautiful events.

Actually, it's mostly hauling things EVERYWHERE!

Up stairs.
Down stairs.
Across parking lots.
Back up the stairs because you forgot something.

My personal goal today wasn't perfection.

It was simply:
✨ Not falling down the stairs. ✨

Happy to report the wedding setup survived and so did I.

If you're getting married and don't want your mom, maid of honor, or future husband making 37 trips carrying boxes around a venue, that's where we come in.

We handle the setup, styling, and tear-down so your people can enjoy the celebration instead of working it.

We still have limited availability this Fall and Winter and are officially booking 2027 weddings.

And yes, we’re fully insured.

Which is great news for everyone involved, especially staircases.

It was a beautiful day for a wedding and some football!
Our team arrived to set up bright and early and thankfully the weather held out for our couple 🤍 We had such an amazing day with plenty of laughs, especially when alyssa was being swallowed by all the gorgeous floral 😅
The ceremony take down ended just in time for me to make it to my little guys 1st football game! 👏
