Summer evenings at The Ranch at Birch Creek.

The tables set. The candles lit. The last of the Livermore Valley light still holding on the hills.

A reception dinner here doesn't feel like a venue. It feels like the best dinner party you've ever been to, except the whole estate is entirely yours, and it stays that way until the last song.

If this is how you want your wedding evening to feel, private tours are available via the link in bio.

This is why couples choose a private estate wedding. It's not just about how a venue looks. It's about how it works.

At most venues, your wedding shares the property.

At a private estate, one event per day or weekend. The entire property: olive groves, the main house, kitchen, garden terraces, reception space...belongs entirely to you from the moment your rental begins.

Your family wakes up in the house. Your wedding party gets ready without a clock running. The morning unfolds at your pace.

The day doesn't feel managed. It feels like yours. This is what exclusive use actually means and it's the reason couples who've toured both kinds of venues almost always choose a private estate.

Our estate olive oil was recognized at the 2026 COOC Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition .

Grown from the trees on this Livermore Valley property. Harvested each season. Poured at the table where your wedding guests will gather.

This is what farm-to-table hospitality looks like when the farm is the venue, nothing sourced, nothing staged. Just what we've grown and made here.

Single day or full wedding weekend at a private estate in Livermore Valley here's how to choose.

Single-day Saturday: a 10-hour exclusive access window. Your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything set up and cleared in one day, the entire property yours from start to finish.

Full wedding weekend: arrive Friday, celebrate Saturday, linger Sunday. No rushing to arrive. The morning belongs entirely to you and your people.

Both options mean one event, full property, no shared spaces, no competing timelines.

Still deciding? This is worth seeing in person. Request your private tour via the link in bio.

Summer at the Ranch doesn’t start with the wedding day.

Friday: arrive, settle in, gather around the kitchen table of your private five-bedroom estate. Saturday: ceremony in the olive grove, cocktail hour under the valley sky, dinner and dancing until 10. Sunday: slow morning, late breakfast, the whole property still entirely yours.

One event. Full exclusive access. No shared timelines, no competing weddings.

This is what a full wedding weekend at The Ranch at Birch Creek looks like and there's nothing else like it in Livermore Valley.

Something to keep in mind as you compare venues. 2026 and 2027 dates available.

Most people would have walked away from this property.

A 1910 farmhouse with crumbling walls and overgrown grounds, now a fully restored private estate wedding venue in Livermore Valley, California.

Five bedrooms. Multiple ceremony sites. Garden terraces. A tennis court turned tented reception space. Sweeping views across the valley.

One event at a time. The entire property, entirely yours.

This is The Ranch at Birch Creek, one of Northern California's most distinctive private estate venues, and the story of how it got here is worth watching.

With summer just around the corner, this is the salad you need on your table. 🍅

Linda's Favorite Caprese Salad made with heirloom tomatoes when they're at their peak, and Birch Creek Estate olive oil harvested right here on the property.

What you'll need: Heirloom tomatoes (or multicolored cherry tomatoes), lettuce, fresh mozzarella or burrata, fresh basil, avocado, kalamata olives, Birch Creek Estate blend olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt & pepper.

To assemble: Layer lettuce on a large platter. Add tomatoes, fresh mozzarella or burrata, avocado, and kalamata olives. Sprinkle with chopped basil, drizzle generously with olive oil and balsamic glaze, finish with salt and pepper.

Serve with sourdough and a small dipping bowl of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic on the side. It makes a beautiful presentation at any spring or summer table.

A simple timeline to keep in mind: tour now (May–July 2026), sign your contract by fall 2026, begin vendor conversations winter 2026. Arrive at your wedding year with the foundation already in place.
