Small business owners are always juggling that question: Do I hire and delegate so I can finally get my creative time back… or do I just do it myself to save the expense?

With AI in the mix, that tension has shifted. We’ve been able to automate so many repetitive, time-consuming tasks; giving us back the space to think bigger, build deeper, and create more intentionally.

Grateful to have been invited to speak at such a meaningful event last Friday. I learned so much from my co-speakers and the incredibly engaged audience. Huge congratulations and thank you to .ux and the rest of the talented crew of Tri-valley

AI&Her also highlighted something that matters so much to me: the ongoing work of creating real spaces for women, this one specifically in tech (and why it’s so important that we’re part of the build out). From builders to founders, allies to sponsors… we all need to move in unity if we want more possibilities and opportunities to exist for the next wave.

So inspired, so fired up, and so ready to keep building. ✨

We’re so excited to finally share that we’re hosting a Christmas Night Market series at our Castro Valley Marketplace location, for TWO magical nights…
