Radio show with co-hosts Deb Reger and Rick Hunt (Abenaki) and Carolyn Black Hunt (Abenki). Music is by Native American musicians (traditional and contemporary). Sometimes we play from vinyl. Live and recorded interviews and news featuring voices of the Original Peoples and often citizens of the Abenaki Nation. We are all volunteer broadcasters and producers of community radio content. That means

we are non-commercial radio and supported by listeners. We are excited to introduce you to some of the artists, performers, and speakers for First African Landing Day.

Mikahely is a renowned self-taught Malagasy singer-songwriter, guitarist, and virtuoso on the valiha (Madagascar's traditional 18-string bamboo national instrument). Originally from Madagascar, where he achieved fame and toured Europe as part of the celebrated world music duo Mika and Davis. He relocated to the Burlington, Vermont area in 2018 and actively performs original roots and jazz-infused world music throughout the Northeast.
