🌮✨ An evening of Mexican culture, culinary storytelling, and unforgettable flavors awaits at Hudson Gardens.

Join us for Tacos, Tequila & Traditions on Friday, September 11 from 5–9:30 pm, presented in partnership with the Hispanic Restaurant Association.

Experience three interactive culinary stations inspired by the rich traditions and flavors of Latin America. Watch skilled chefs prepare and serve sample-sized tastings at the dramatic A-Frame Fire Station, wood-fired Mobile Barbacoa Pit, and refined Latin Tapas Table. More than a meal, each station offers a chance to discover the ingredients, techniques, stories, and cultural traditions behind every bite.

Pair your tastings with a guided experience featuring three tequilas, then enjoy live mariachi music and a vibrant performance by Ballet Folklórico Patria Mexicana.

The evening also includes hands-on experiences like custom taco seasoning and margarita salt stations, plus games and a photobooth. Additional cocktails will be available for purchase at the bar.

Come hungry, curious, and ready to experience Mexican culture through food, music, dance, and tradition—all in the beautiful setting of Hudson Gardens. 🌵🥂

She knew all the attention was on her during the The Official Waterlily Weigh-Off … and decided to make an entrance. 🌸👀

Our Victoria waterlily bloomed during the final days of the competition, and the timing couldn’t have been better! On the first day, the bloom opens as a beautiful white female flower. By the second day, the bloom sheds its white petals and transforms into a stunning purple male bloom. 💜🌸

It’s a quick transformation, so don’t miss your chance to see it! Hudson Gardens is free and open to the public sunrise-sunset, stop by today or tomorrow during the day to catch this spectacular bloom.

This year, we wanted to give you an entirely factual and completely unscripted peek behind the curtain at the making of a entry. 🎥😉

Hudson Gardens of Littleton, Colorado, measures in at 33.25 inches in diameter, and our waterlily held a whopping 33 pounds (our personal best!).
