Before we share all the beautiful details from yesterday’s wedding, we have to give a HUGE thank you to Bounce Boys Party Rentals!
At The Looking Barn, we always discuss weather backup options with our couples from the initial tour. While our indoor options are most couples’ first choice, a tent is always an option if needed. In our 7 years of hosting weddings, we have only had one other tent request.
Yesterday, Mother Nature had other plans! With just one hour before the ceremony, after talking through the options with our couple, we made the call to bring in a tent and Jason and his team made it happen!
They pulled a crew together, got the tent to our venue, and had it set up in an incredibly short amount of time. And might I add, it was very affordable!
While we recommend planning ahead whenever possible, they can accommodate tent rentals just a couple of days before or even the morning of an event when necessary.
After yesterday, we can confidently say we HIGHLY recommend Bounce Boys!
Sometimes the initial plan doesn’t work out, but there are always additional backup options. With an experienced venue team and great vendors, we can help make even the unexpected feel smooth and easy!
