A beautiful spring afternoon at Trapnall Hall 🌸Last week, we catered a high tea for 25 ladies hosted by one of our corporate clients. Fresh-baked scones, tea sandwiches, sweet treats, and plenty of conversation filled the afternoon. Simple, classic, and a lovely way to spend a spring day.

Last Thursday, we catered AEDD’s “Curtain Call” at The Sanctuary in Argenta — our 4th year being part of this special event.

The evening supports AEDD’s mission of empowering individuals with disabilities and improving quality of life through the programs and services they provide. Guests enjoyed cocktails, a silent auction, plated dinner and this year’s performance theme, The Greatest Showman on Earth. Such a fun and meaningful night.

A few menu highlights included cotton candy mozzarella bites, soft pretzel nuggets with fondue, carousel salad, Ringmaster’s grilled chicken and strawberry cheesecake tarts 🎪

Such a sweet holiday weekend celebrating Gracie & Seth 🤍

Guests were greeted after the ceremony with hot honey fried chicken sliders, mini tacos and a French fry bar with lots of dipping sauces before dinner, dancing and one of the sweetest moments of the night — Gracie and her stepfather inviting all fathers and daughters onto the dance floor with them.

Dinner was Caesar salad, bruschetta chicken, mashed potatoes and green bean bundles followed by wedding cake and a tiramisu trifle tower.

A beautiful night for a very sweet couple. Cheers to Gracie & Seth!

A beautiful spring day celebrating Anna Rose & Michael 🤍

Everything about this wedding felt thoughtful and personal — especially watching the two of them greet every guest as they moved through the buffet line. Such a sweet touch and such a reflection of the kind families they are.

The menu was classic Southern lunch perfection: fried catfish & hushpuppies, grilled pork tenderloin, cheesy grits, potato salad and asparagus surrounded by beautiful spring details and florals.

A lovely day for a truly precious couple.

There were so many thoughtful details woven into Mattie & Spencer’s wedding day. The ceremony and reception took place on a private runway with western touches throughout — a hat bar, cowhide rugs, saddles worked into the florals and an unforgettable outdoor reception.

After the ceremony, guests were greeted with fried chicken sliders and pimento cheese tomato pies before dinner started with a baby kale salad with blackberries, toasted almonds, goat cheese and crispy sweet onions.

The star of the night (for us!) was the sweet tea brined & smoked dry aged pork ribeye with hunter’s gravy, boursin mashed potatoes and green bean bundles. After cake cutting and first dances, everyone danced the night away under the stars.

A beautiful celebration for a very sweet couple. Cheers to Mattie & Spencer 🤍

Friday night at Moss Mountain Farm was the perfect kickoff to Georgiana & Dylan’s wedding weekend. Guests were welcomed with cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres, while the evening’s menus told the story of Arkansas roots and Oregon ties.

Dinner began with an Oregon-inspired salad of butter lettuce, dried Bing cherries, herb roasted hazelnuts, pecorino romano & muscatel vinaigrette. Entrées featured pan-seared grouper and grilled chicken with cheesy Delta Grind grits, corn maque choux, andouille sausage & hot sauce beurre blanc.

After heartfelt speeches, the welcome party continued with 2 stations celebrating both states. A Taste of Arkansas included smoked BBQ pulled pork, fried green tomatoes, coleslaw, house sauces & a pickle bar. A Taste of Oregon featured seared salmon over white bean purée with blistered tomatoes & capers, citrus glazed carrots, grilled asparagus & French-style potato salad.

Passed mini desserts wrapped up the night and officially kicked off a beautiful wedding weekend.

Honored to be part of THEA Foundation’s 25th anniversary celebration last week. We loved serving alongside Creative Collective IV — an inspiring exhibit featuring artwork from Arkansas students and teachers. Such a meaningful night celebrating creativity, connection, and 25 years of impact. Congrats to the THEA team 🤍

Two nights. One unforgettable Ovation at The Rep.

Thursday: disco chips & caviar, retro tea “sandwiches,” mojo mini chicken tacos—and a whole lot of energy (and dancing).

Saturday: signature cocktails, a charcuterie trio to start, followed by sweet tea–brined chicken with Gruyère grits and tomato gravy. Dessert, bubbles, and a show to wrap up the night.

Cheers to the next 50 years! 🥂

Last night’s Diamond Chef event at UA-PTC brought together some of the best in our local culinary scene—all in support of scholarships and student opportunities within the program. We loved being part of such a meaningful evening alongside so many talented chefs and vendors. Heritage served citrus & Modelo braised carnitas with Cholula sauce and pineapple salsa. Congratulations to Team on the win!!
