Although this is a late post, it is still post worthy.

Last month I was blessed with the opportunity to cater Ms. LaShanna's "Fit, Fierce, Five-O". During this time, the state was dealing with some extreme weather. This day was no different. We experienced everything from tornado warnings, power outtages, flash floods, and rain that seemed to not let up. Yet and still God allowed us to get this event done.

I must extend my thanks to my prep team, Elder Woods, and Mr. Warren Wislon. Their help made the prep work on the day of the event go that much smoother. And of course I give even greater thanks to my home team Mr. Will and My Wife. They have been my A1 go-to for every opportunity I've been presented. I truly appreciate their help and dedication.

Most importantly, I must give all the Glory to God for giving me the strength and allowing me to execute this opportunity in the midst of everything. I'm forever grateful for every opportunity and consideration, and I'm looking forward to what the future has in store.

This is a late post, but I have to give a SHOUT OUT to Ms. DeEtta for this delicious and beautiful double chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and pecans. Listen you will not be disappointed. I enjoyed it room temp and warmed. I had to stop myself from eating it up from the family. It’s that darn good!! So if you’re in need of any sort of sweet treats (cakes, cupcakes, Bundt cakes, and more) give Ms. DeEtta a call and let her know Chef Troy sent you!
