🌸 A VERY PERSONAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM TIMELESS FLORAL DESIGNS 🌸
This is a post we never thought we would have to make again, and honestly, it’s one we’ve been going back and forth about for quite some time.
After just about a year in our Little Falls location, we have made the difficult decision to move our shop to Canajoharie.
📍 Our new home will be 49 Church Street, Canajoharie, NY.
We want to start by saying we are truly sorry. We know we have already made one move, from Fort Plain to Little Falls, and we understand that hearing we are moving again may be disappointing, frustrating, or even confusing for some of you. Please know this decision was not made lightly, quickly, or without a tremendous amount of thought.
We have gone back and forth on this decision many, many times. We have considered our business, our customers, our future, and most importantly, what will work best for our family long-term. Ultimately, we believe this is the right decision for us and for the future of Timeless Floral Designs.
That doesn’t make leaving our Little Falls storefront any easier.
The past year in Little Falls has brought us some truly wonderful customers, friendships, businesses, churches, organizations, and memories. You welcomed us into your community, supported our small business, trusted us with your flowers, and allowed us to become part of so many important moments.
For that, we are incredibly thankful. ❤️
And we want our Little Falls customers to know something very important:
We are NOT leaving you behind. 🌸
Our storefront may be moving, but we will continue serving Little Falls and the surrounding communities. We will do everything we reasonably can to make ordering from us as convenient as possible.
That means:
🌿 We will continue delivering to the Little Falls area
🌿 We can meet customers for pickups when needed
🌿 We will continue accommodating standing orders, church orders, businesses, events, and larger orders
🌿 Flowers can still be ordered by calling us or through our website
🌿 And we will work with our customers individually whenever another arrangement is needed
Our new location is also only about a 25-minute drive from Little Falls down the Thruway and less than half a mile from the Canajoharie Thruway exit, making it an easy trip for those who would like to visit us at the shop.
And to our Canajoharie & Fort Plain customers…
We’re coming back. ❤️
We know moving twice in just a few years isn’t the picture anyone dreams of when starting a business. But we also believe that sometimes running a small family business means making difficult decisions, having honest conversations, and choosing the path that makes the most sense for your family and your future.
This is one of those decisions.
We are so incredibly grateful to every person who has supported Timeless Floral Designs through Fort Plain, through Little Falls, and now into this next step. Your support has allowed us to continue growing, learning, and building something that means so much to our family.
We hope you will understand that this decision comes from a place of love for our family, love for our business, and a desire to build a future that is sustainable for both.
We may be changing our address again, but we aren’t changing who we are or how much we care about our customers.
