We are overwhelmed by the incredible outpouring of love, messages, and support from our amazing friends and customers. We are thrilled to share that Chef Jose’s surgery was a complete success!

The doctors say his heart is good as new—which is great news, because he’s going to need it to keep pouring love into every paella we make. 😉

Now comes the ""slow-cooking"" phase: a steady and restful recovery. Thank you all for wrapping our family in so much care during this time. We can't wait to see you and cook for you all again soon!
