Our Story

A while ago, not so much but it was not yesterday either, I started to prepare Paellas and Fideuas for my family and friends, in the way that it has been prepared in my family. I make my signature shrimp broth, I roast the peppers to perfection, I hand pick every ingredient and garnish, paying attention to every detail for each one of the hundreds of Paellas I've made.

Thanks to the quality and passion of my work I have gladly served Paella in this part of the globe to more than 4,000 people, and I am still counting.

I can prepare any type of paella for you and your guests. Sometimes people asks me if Paella goes along with any celebration, it does, it is a gathering dish, a burst of flavors and aromas, a delight to prepare and to savor.
