Seven years ago, Shannon and I crossed paths as colleagues in catering sales and event ex*****on. With educational backgrounds in Hospitality and Events, we quickly realized our shared passion: the details. We thrive on defining our couples’ vision and doing whatever it takes to make their dreams a reality.

Then came the pandemic. When the world as we knew it “shut down,” we saw an opportunity to build something new. Together, we began drafting business plans, creating service packages, crafting contracts, and brainstorming names; that is when Everlasting Events LLC was born.

Now, almost four years into our “little side gig,” we’ve created memories all across New England, and we’re about to celebrate our first magazine feature and our first destination wedding. We may be small, but we are mighty.

Our mission has always been simple: share our knowledge and experience to make wedding planning accessible for everyone. We truly believe that everyone deserves a planner, whether you’re planning a luxury celebration, a DIY event, a farm-chic gathering, or a coastal wedding. It’s not about the dollars at the end of the day—it’s about giving you the tools to shine. And that experience, priceless.

One of the most common questions we get asked about planning is, ‘What’s your favorite part?’ While there are so many details we adore, Shannon and I both agree that it’s seeing the magic and love in the couple’s eyes. Only the most talented photographers can truly capture that indescribable feeling, and this photo does just that—it’s a perfect representation of the emotion and connection the couple feels in that moment.
