Heads up! Allow for extra time during all of the hwy 41 road construction!

County N interchange To Close Thursday June 20th

The County N interchange will be CLOSED starting Thursday, June 20.. Work will include reconstructing the I-41 ramps and replacing pavement on County N as part of the area improvements. The existing interchange configuration at County N will remain with some modifications to turn lanes to accommodate additional traffic.

Traffic impacts
* County N bridge over I-41 is scheduled to close Thursday, June 20 through mid-September 2024
* County N traffic will be detoured using County OO, WIS 55, and County JJ
* Northbound I-41 on and off-ramps are scheduled to close Thursday, June 20 through August 2024
* Southbound I-41 on and off-ramps are scheduled to close Thursday, June 20 through September 2024
* Lane closures are scheduled between Patriot Drive/Moasis Drive
* East/west access to businesses on Patriot Drive/Moasis Drive will be maintained throughout Miron Construction Co., Inc.

This work is part of the overall I-41 major project that will reconstruct and expand 23 miles of I-41 from four lanes to six lanes between WIS 96 (Wisconsin Avenue) in Appleton and County F (Scheuring Road) in De Pere.

Work Zone Safety
Each year in Wisconsin, both highway workers and motorists are killed and injured in crashes that happen in highway construction zones. Motorists should slow down, be patient and pay attention to their surroundings in this and all work zones.

People ask us all the time-"What does O-Eight mean?" And we simply answer-"We met in '08 so we used that."
But the truth is, it means so much more. It means a chance meeting of two kids who had no idea what they would mean to each other. It means a friendship that became a bond that led to a journey of fulfilling dreams. It's meant holding each other up in the difficult times and laughing until we cry in the good. It means ride or die. So yeah, O-Eight for the year we met but also-for every minute since that has led us right to this moment where we are carving out our place in this world together-one day at a time.
Lucky us.

Since our first time attending Mile of Muisc together in 2018, we have been each other’s Ride or Die for the weekend. We look forward to the music, the fun and the energy all year! We will be adjusting our hours this weekend to attend the festival and we hope to see some of you down there!
