Tonight, I stood in front of the DeKalb County School Board and told the truth about what my children have been going through at MLK High School since August 2025.
IEP violations… retaliation… teachers refusing to teach… kids watching TV instead of learning… and today, my own mother witnessed yet another IEP violation right in front of her.

Enough is enough.

I didn’t speak just for my children — I spoke for every family who feels ignored, dismissed, or unheard.
Our kids deserve better. Our community deserves better. And I refuse to stay silent while they continue to suffer.

This birthday has been full of surprises and what's even better is it's my boo birthday. Happy Birthday to my boo.
