Everyone saw the finished product; but a few saw the storm that almost stopped it!

For a moment, I felt defeated. After pouring my heart into every detail, watching the weather challenge something I worked so hard to create was hard. But with God, my family, my friends, and an incredible team by my side, I was reminded that setbacks don’t define the outcome how you respond to them does. What would you have done?

“Get up, get up, dust yourself off. You did amazing.”

A few words of encouragement got the show running again.

Memorial Weekend in NYC came with storms, obstacles & cancellations… but of course it wouldn’t be SOS Creations if we didn’t accept one more production that wasn’t even on the calendar 🤍✨

We got the call to add another outdoor production to the schedule and had only 24 hours to make it happen in the middle of the storm. The team showed up ready to pull an overnighter through the cold and rain to bring the vision to life.

Moments like this remind me why the name SOS means so much. When clients are in need, I always try my best to show up, say yes, and make it happen. This is what SOS means to us showing up when others can’t.

Sometimes overextending yourself doesn’t always come with appreciation… but this time was different. The amount of gratitude from made every long hour worth it and reminded us why we do this.

Another one for the books!!!

As we reflect on 2025, we just want to say thank you.
Thank you to every client, collaborator, and supporter who allowed SOS Creation to be part of special moments throughout the year.

We may not have captured every setup or every moment, but each experience played a role in shaping our journey. Every opportunity, lesson, and connection is deeply appreciated.

Let’s just say… they did not disappoint.
After a night like that, I don’t think they want to go back to their universe anytime soon it’s safe to say they might be here for good! 🚀🤖

A lot of people see the final product the lights, the color, the hype.
But what you don’t always see is the behind the scenes hustle:
The hours of planning. The last minute changes. The team that doesn’t sleep so the vision can.

This video is a glimpse into the grind. The groundwork. The real work. We want to start documenting/Vloging these setups because a lottt of work goes into just a few hours of fun!

Miami Carnival 2025 : TINGOCHELLA Experience

What was supposed to be a 48-hour setup…
Got sliced to just 10 hours when the venue double booked an event the day before during our setup time. 🤯😅
We had to take a full festival style production and execute it in a fraction of the time.

But we didn’t flinch. We pivoted. We delivered.
Because this wasn’t just another event it was the first time & gave SOS Creations full management control over their Miami experience.

Tingochella is where Caribbean culture meets western festival energy a bold, vibrant fusion of mas, music, and immersive visuals.
We flew from NYC to Miami multiple times site visits, vendor meetings, layout approvals and faced weather delays, time cuts, and capacity changes.

Two production teams. Multiple vendors. One mission.
