The hours of planning. The last minute changes. The team that doesn’t sleep so the vision can.
This video is a glimpse into the grind. The groundwork. The real work. We want to start documenting/Vloging these setups because a lottt of work goes into just a few hours of fun!

What was supposed to be a 48-hour setup…
Got sliced to just 10 hours when the venue double booked an event the day before during our setup time. 🤯😅
We had to take a full festival style production and execute it in a fraction of the time.
But we didn’t flinch. We pivoted. We delivered.
Because this wasn’t just another event it was the first time & gave SOS Creations full management control over their Miami experience.
Tingochella is where Caribbean culture meets western festival energy a bold, vibrant fusion of mas, music, and immersive visuals.
We flew from NYC to Miami multiple times site visits, vendor meetings, layout approvals and faced weather delays, time cuts, and capacity changes.
Two production teams. Multiple vendors. One mission.
