For those who were able to make it back to our reopening this weekend, what was your favorite remodel project we were able to complete over the summer?

1. The snack bar
2. The skate counter's new look
3. Replacement of the old shelves with the brick wall and tvs
4. The new seating arrangement
5. Updated bathroom paint job

Today's the day!
I do want to let it be known that unfortunately our AC still does not work but all fans will be going and we hope everyone still has an awesome time. We will be doing prize drawings throughout tonight's session for return passes, a pizza slice and drinks, and arcade player cards.

Many are upset that we don't offer an inline skate option. Unfortunately, we don't currently have the storage room for these. We do however encourage skaters to have their own skates that way they are always adjusted to their needs and liking!

Check out Crazy Skate in which we are an affiliate for. When someone purchases we receive a percentage of that sale back for use for purchasing new rentals. They have several styles of both quads and blades to choose from. Purchase a pair to use here at our reopening at the end of August.

We love being able to provide a safe place for kids and families to enjoy hanging out together and we are thankful for all the support that this community has shows us.

Here is a peek at one of our projects we are currently working on. When the rink was in operation prior to Zoomies the skate counter was to your right after walking in the doors, and the skates were all stored on those shelves as seen in picture 1.
When we acquired the building the counter was gone and instead of taking out the shelving we just left them for people to put their stuff in (picture 2).
We come to realize that not only are these in poor shape due to aging, but spills were frequent and there is more potential for that space leading to picture 3 of how we have started to transform it.
We have big plans for this little area and can't wait to share more as it transforms!
(Side note: the first picture is not exact on the entry window because it is an AI rendering where I had to edit out individuals to get a better picture of the set up).

I know the shutdown is inconvenient for some, but we hope you are enjoying your summer festivities and family time as much as we are. We are also using this time to do some projects and deep cleaning to give you an even better experience once we reopen.
