We operate rain or shine and only in the most extreme weather would our venue close. Notice of closure would be posted on our page, and guests would be contacted by email and phone. Our pavilion offers coverage from rain and protection from sun, and because we are located atop a hill, we often enjoy a refreshing breeze even on warmer days.
This policy allows us to thoughtfully prepare for each event, while also giving other interested guests the opportunity to attend, as our gatherings often fill quickly.
We truly appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that all guests take a moment to review this policy before booking.
🎟 Ticket Ordering Updates
Ticket ordering remains similar as last year, with one notable update:
We kindly ask that all tickets for a reservation group be purchased under the same name whenever possible.
If guests prefer to purchase their tickets separately, please have them include the reservation name in the “Note for the Seller” section at checkout so we can ensure your group is seated together. You may also contact the venue via call or email.
Without advance notice of your group name, we may not be able to guarantee seating arrangements. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.
We are so grateful for this growing garden community and cannot wait to welcome you back for another beautiful season.
Reservations are now open — we look forward to seeing you this summer.
With gratitude,
Panola Valley Gardens
