Preorder your 4th of July BBQ! We’re offering tremendous discounts on BBQ’d meat!! Pickup will be from 11am-1pm at the restaurant. After that we are out of there, we will only be open for pickups! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us yesterday! We can’t tell you how much we appreciate you guys coming out. Thank you to the City of Lindsay, OBF Committee, our meat supplier J&R Meat Company and the staff/family that made this day possible. We’d also like to apologize to anyone who ordered fries with us yesterday. We were experiencing some difficulties with our frier, we appreciate you guys being patient with us. We hope that we can continue to serve you delicious food! We will let you know when the official grand opening will be. In the mean time, feel free to book us for catering! -Sal and Brenda Ceja

Whole Tri-Tips will be cooked for Thanksgiving Day. All orders will be ready and need to be picked up at 11 AM. Each whole Tri-Tip will be sold for $32 and is 2.5-3lbs for the whole thing cooked. $5 charge to slice it for you per tritip. Preorders close November 15th at midnight. Orders can still be made after Nov. 15th for an extra charge of $10 with Tuesday, 11/21 being the absolute last day. Orders will not be filled unless they are paid in full. Tri-Tip cooked to medium rare; however, once sliced and placed back in warmer, the meat cooks up to medium-medium well. Instructions will be given if you would like to cook it further. Pick-Up will be at 20178 Avenue 232 Lindsay, CA 93247.
