I’m looking for a part-time Administrative + Operations Assistant who is organized, dependable, proactive, and not afraid to jump in wherever needed.
This role will be a mix of admin work, office organization, event + Balloon Bar prep, errands, scheduling, follow-ups, and occasional personal assistant tasks. Basically… some days you may be on the computer getting us organized, and other days you may be helping hands-on behind the scenes making the magic happen. ✨
💰 $20/hour to start
📅 3-month introductory period
📍 Kenilworth, New Jersey
⏰ Part-time
