After months of building, finishing, planning, cleaning, and pouring so much love into every little detail, The Milk & Honey Barn is ready for an autumn filled with weddings. 🍂

We can’t wait to watch this space come alive with families gathering, friends celebrating, music playing, and couples beginning their forever right here.

Just another normal Monday at The Milk & Honey Barn… 😂🐝

Today’s project: getting our old church pews up to the balcony.

And when something is too heavy for the stairs… apparently you just bring in the lift. 😅

These old pews have so much character, and we love finding ways to give them new life throughout the barn. One more project checked off the list as we get ready for our fall wedding season! 🤍

There’s always something happening around here — and usually Jon has a piece of equipment involved. 😂

There’s just something special about giving old things a new life. 🤍

These old church pews have already held generations of people through worship, prayers, weddings, and so many meaningful moments—and now we’re bringing them back to life for a whole new chapter at Milk & Honey Barn.

A little sanding, a little sweat, and a whole lot of love. Soon they’ll be filled with family and friends watching couples say “I do.” 🥹

We love that pieces with a story get to become part of yours. 🤍

Apparently today’s theme at Milk & Honey Barn is “kinda busy” 😂🐝

From the parking lot to landscaping, hanging bistro lights, window cleaning, landscape weeding, refinishing old church pews, building new ceremony backdrops, cleaning up after construction, and about 47 other things happening at once… there’s a whole lot going on around the farm today.

It may look a little chaotic right now, but every project is getting us one step closer to having this place exactly how we’ve dreamed it would be. 🤍

Long, hot days. Dirty boots. Lots of progress. 😂

Another long, HOT day of moving earth at the Milk and Honey Barn! ☀️🚜

The parking lot is officially taking shape, and every load of dirt moved gets us one step closer to being ready to welcome all of you. 🤍

There’s a whole lot of work happening behind the scenes right now—grading, hauling, cleaning, finishing, and putting all those final pieces into place. It may not be the glamorous part, but it sure is exciting to watch it all come together!

One hot day, one load of dirt, and one project at a time. 🐝🌾

✨ Lots happening around the barn this week! ✨

We’re officially in that exciting stage where all the little details are starting to come together. 🤍

This week, we’re working on:
🌿 New ceremony arbors & backdrops
🪵 Refinishing some beautiful old church pews
🚗 Putting in the parking lot
🧹 And LOTS (and lots 😅) of post-construction cleanup!

Every project is one more step toward making Milk and Honey Barn feel finished, welcoming, and ready for all the beautiful celebrations ahead.

We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on! 🐝🤍
