There are many great things about being The Waffleman. One of them is that I get invited to serve so many worthwhile organizations like this. "Sleep in Heavenly Peace," is a non-profit organization that builds beds for children who otherwise have no place to sleep. The good people of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, with the support of Lowe's Home Improvement are hard at work making sure children will have a place to lay their heads tonight.
