Last night we celebrated creating community by breaking bread.
We welcomed Vivian Clough and Eric Drumheller to the table to share in a curated Spanish meal at Doorstep Diner Catering

We started with an amuse bouche consisting of scallops, garlic butter and tomato jam. The second course was gazpacho followed by Paella. To finish Chef Morgan and Chef Lito served a Spanish custard similar to creme Brulé with citrus and cinnamon.

General Manager Charles Martin facilitated a discussion solely focused on.. wait for it.. food! Best place to take a date.. favorite childhood meal.. something you'd never eat again. We laughed, shared and made new friends. We even found that Eric and Vivian have a connection even though this was their first time meeting!
We love sharing what we do.. but even more, we love creating community connections! What country should we visit next?

Vivian is a dynamic powerhouse.. she is the first woman owned, independent AAA broker in Nebraska! Eric Drumheller makes me laugh but more importantly I am so impressed with his commitment to making higher education accessible to students through Education Quest.
