Included in the rental fee are All tables and chairs setup, tear down, and cleanup. White table cloths on each table($2.00 extra per table for different colors). Lighting and skirting for your head table, cake table, gift table. Lighted backdrop behind the head table. Canopy lighting over the entire room and additional LED colored lighting is included for up-lighting. We have a built in stage for your band/DJ or head table. We have a large built in flexible sized dance floor. You can use any caterer you want for the food. The bar(alcohol) must go through the facility.
