State Tournament Day 2:
Our remaining Rockets hit the mat today and wrestled well!
We saw some new levels from some of our kids showing they are continuing to grow every time they get out there!
In the boys session this morning everyone gave it there all, Nebraska is on the move when it comes to this sport.
Drake Neilly collected his first State medal grabbing 7th in a tough bracket. We have many others knocking on the door but just came up short.

In the Girls sessions again we saw some amazing improvement from our girls they are raising the level of expectations in this sport!
They are bringing home some hardware.
Emersyn Rogert 4th place
Tatum Buckley 4th place

We took 18 kids this year and 5 brought home a state medal. Certainly not a year to be disappointed at all!

Rockets we are beyond proud to be your coaches and appreciate all the time and energy you give to us and our club. We really are a family... And that's the greatest award we could ask for!

Can't wait to celebrate you all Thursday night!

RWC Girls Day 1 Update:

Wrestling solo representing RWC Girls today Jeslynn Brandon-Hubbard got after it today! The hammered out 5 matches going 4-1 on the day. Her final match was for true second where she took the W to cap off her season as USA Runner up in the PreK-K girls division. Don't let that smile fool you she's a fierce competitor! Way to go kiddo!

The rest of our girls will kick off their state tournament tomorrow!

Lets go RWC!

RWC Boys Day 1:
4 Wrestlers hit the mat today.
Weston Kreber ran the gauntlet wrestling 7 matches today to capture 3rd Place in the 3/4th 90lbs Weight class. He just came up short for true 2nd place! Weston congrats on an amazing season! You are a Hammer! 🔨🙌

We also want to shout out to Oliver Bargen taking a win today.
Paxton Arps and Bradley Nissen all competed hard today as State Qualifiers!

Tomorrow we hit the mat with a big squad! Stay Tuned!

Good Luck to all of our wrestlers heading to USA State!
We are already beyond proud of you and your efforts! Go out and make yourself proud, compete at your highest level, enjoy each minute you are on the mat doing something you love!

We know tons of wrestlers headed out of town for AAU State but we also want to recognize our Rookie wrestlers who also hit the mat today! Glad to see kids getting mat time! Here's a couple of future hammers!

Hey Rockets we are right around the corner from the State Tournament!
RWC is hosting districts this weekend where our wrestlers will all set off with the goal of qualifying for USA State!

If you are interested in a state shirt here's the link to order! State Qualifiers names will be printed on the back!

Due to timing so orders can be in hand this item can only be picked up at practice and the order closes Sunday at Midnight!

‼️When we host these events ALL wrestlers benefit from the funds that are generated because they go directly back to the club and your wrestlers.

☺️Can't work a whole shift? No problem ask if another family wants to pair up to share a spot

Reminder coaches volunteer lots of hours every week and weekend all season long.
We are just asking for one day.
